About the event
Join us for a comprehensive series focused on developing effective coaching, mentoring, and professional development strategies.
Session 1: Coaching and Mentoring (9:00-10:30 AM) Explore strategies to cultivate a supportive work environment for staff through effective coaching and mentoring in both formal and informal settings.
Break (10:30-11:00 AM)
Session 2: Creating a PD Plan Utilizing Virtual Tools (11:00 AM-12:30 PM) Learn to incorporate virtual trainings into a holistic training plan that combines virtual learning with in-person training, discussion, coaching, and reflections. Participants will create a draft training plan during the workshop.
Parking: Park in the lot across from TGI Fridays and enter the Carefirst Building. Proceed past security to the first doors on the right to enter the Carefirst Community Professional Development Room.
